Up to £26K basic, 38K OTE + benefits

Working for a unique and dynamic operator, your role will be to build, grow and develop your sales team and unlike some of the major chains, you will be given full autonomy to achieve this. This position is hugely integral to the continued success of the club and as such you will ideally have a demonstrable, target driven sales background ideally from the leisure/service industry but outstanding out of industry candidates will be considered.

If you are currently a Sales Manager from within the industry, or from another target driven sales environment looking for a move into health and fitness, then I want to hear from you. You will be expected to inspire and manage a team of 2/3 consultants and therefore man-management through KPIs is essential. Ideally you will have an in-depth knowledge of sales techniques, and the sales process from simple referrals through to complex outreach strategies. You will know how to sell, but more importantly how to manage a team to hit their targets and maximise revenues. Knowledge of recognised database systems and marketing is also desirable.
