Job Spec:
Our Client is one of the leading aspiration large capacity nightclub & bar operators. An excellent opportunity to be a Deputy Manager for the market leaders in the late night sector, we are looking for a Manager at the top of their game.  The role of the Deputy Manager is to manage all aspects of the unit while on shift. In addition the role of the Deputy Manager is to assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the business, while being overall responsible for the day-to-day running of the unit. The Deputy Manager will have direct report responsibility for the management and full accountability for the business in the General Manager’s absence. The Deputy Manager will assist the management team in operating and maintaining the unit to maximize profitability while ensuring that company standards, policies and procedures are maintained.

Person spec:

Proven track record of successfully managing a high volume branded site.

Maintain a highly motivated management and staff team

Excellent knowledge in financial control - P&L's, Labour, GP's

Ability to priorities and handle pressure

To ensure that on a weekly basis a full stock take is completed and provide an analysis report to the General Manager.

Be passionate about looking after patrons & corporate clients

Motivated to succeed

Needs to be personal licence holder.
